Data Deletion Instructions

One-AI, operated by Future.ai AS, respects your right to control your personal data. This page explains how to request deletion of all data we hold about you, including data obtained through Meta (Facebook/Instagram) login and the Meta Marketing API.
What data we store
- Account information (name, email, profile picture)
- Authentication tokens for connected ad networks (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
- Ad account IDs and campaign metadata you have linked to One-AI
- Chat history and AI-generated recommendations within the app
- Usage logs required for security and service operation
How to request deletion
You have two options:
Option 1 — Delete from inside the app (fastest)
- Sign in to One-AI
- Go to Settings → Account
- Click "Delete my account" and confirm
All your personal data, tokens, and connected ad account references will be permanently deleted within 24 hours.
Option 2 — Email request
Send an email to privacy@one-ai.app from the email address linked to your One-AI account, with the subject line:
Data deletion request
We will confirm receipt within 48 hours and complete deletion within 30 days, as required by GDPR.
Meta-specific data
If you signed in with Facebook or connected a Meta Ads account, you can also revoke One-AI's access at any time directly through Meta:
